Patient Survey
We would like to know how you perceive our surgery and staff, and how we can improve our service to you.
To help us with this we have set up our practice Patient Participation Group. From time to time we will ask the members of this representative group some questions, such as what they think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service received. We will use the feedback from this group to help us produce patient surveys to ask for the views of the wider practice population.
The last patient survey was carried out in November 2012. The results and comments made about us will appear here shortly.
