The admin staff are your first point of contact, and they are here to help you. They do however have the difficult job of trying to keep both the doctors and the patients happy, and have to work within the constraints of the practice rules and policies. They may sometimes have to ask you questions about your reasons for wishing to see the doctor/nurse to help us give you the best care and advice. We would ask you to please be patient and co-operate as fully as possible.
